We Are Here to Assist You
To Our Valued Partners,
At TruStile, the safety of our employees, our customers, and our communities is our top priority. At the same time, we take our responsibility to provide you with the help and assistance you need to conduct your business during this challenging health crisis very seriously.
Please know that our sales team members are available and ready to assist you. While many state guidelines continue to recommend that our sales representatives remain working from home, they are available to answer your questions and provide assistance by phone or email. In addition, as some states and localities have begun to ease previous restrictions, the TruStile sales team is increasingly available to support you with:
- Job site visits
- Assistance with quotes and orders
- Warranty or service needs
- Individual or small group training
- Individual or small group meetings with your key builders, designers, and architects
You can expect that your TruStile sales representative will first and foremost respect your wishes if you prefer to continue to connect virtually. TruStile sales representatives will always comply with local and state orders and guidelines and are required to wear masks and maintain proper social distancing at all times. Before any interaction with you, know that our team will have completed a screening questionnaire and have taken their temperature as well.
In return, we ask for your partnership in keeping each other safe, including abiding by your local and state orders and guidelines and maintaining social distancing when interacting with TruStile team members.
While we are experiencing longer than typical production lead-times due to necessary precautions taken as a result of COVID-19, our manufacturing facilities are fully operational, and output is increasing daily as we learn how to operate with these changes more effectively.
Your patience and partnership are greatly appreciated as we all work through this unprecedented situation together.
Thank you, and stay safe.

TruStile Message on COVID-19
Dealer Valued Partner,
We want to provide you with an update as we continue to work through the COVID-19 situation at TruStile. As you may be aware, Colorado’s governor released an executive “stay at home” order effective today.
Under this order TruStile is considered an essential business and has been asked to stay open. We continue manufacturing at close to full capacity in both Colorado and Iowa and we are maintaining regular shipping schedules to all regions of the country.
Some of the safeguards and policies that we have put in place to protect production staff have resulted in lower capacity in some production areas. As a result, you may notice extended lead-times on certain products, however, lead times on most MDF door products remain very attractive. As always, TruQuote will provide an up-to-date lead time for the items on your quote. To check your current lead time, simply re-print your quote and you will see the current available lead time at the top of the quote document.
TruStile has also been working closely with our parent company Marvin to monitor restrictions put in place across all the states that we service. While restrictions do vary by state, in general, the construction industry and the businesses supporting it have been deemed essential. Because of this, most of our Dealers have remained open in some capacity and are still placing orders and receiving deliveries.
We appreciate your continued help in communicating with our teams about your ability to receive shipments. If your ability to receive orders becomes restricted, please let your TruStile sales representative or account manager know as soon as possible so we can adjust with you accordingly.
As previously communicated, TruStile quickly implemented a variety of measures to protect the health of our employees, including social distancing, enhanced cleaning, and using technology to move most of our office staff to work from home. Our entire account management team is now working from home but are still readily available to support your needs via e-mail or phone using the same processes and tools that they used in the office. As a reminder, sending all requests to [email protected] will ensure that our entire team has visibility to your request in case your account manager becomes unavailable.
We will continue to keep you updated on any COVID related changes to TruStile operations in the days and weeks ahead. We are also keeping our teams apprised of this evolving situation. Here is a link to the latest message to our employees from our parent company CEO Paul Marvin.
We are truly all in this together and we appreciate your partnership. Our best wishes to you, your families and all in your companies during this difficult time.

TruStile Message on COVID-19
Like us, you’ve probably been hearing many words lately that you never thought you’d hear: pandemic, social distancing, “flattening the curve.” Fortunately, there are other words and actions we’re hearing and seeing that are worth noting: helping, caring, support and teamwork.
While we’ve faced many challenges in our history, we are in an unprecedented situation as we continue to watch the spread and impact of COVID-19. We are confident we will overcome this tough situation together, as we have in the past. We’ve already seen tremendous strength and compassion from people around the world, partners in the field and employees throughout our company.
Your safety and that of our team members is our top priority. At TruStile, we are going to continue to do essential work and are operating as normal, but with added precautions. Our manufacturing facilities are functioning at normal capacity, but with many additional measures to keep our employees safe, and we expect our lead times to remain stable.
To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, as recommended by the CDC and local health authorities, we are:
- Advising any and all employees to stay home if they feel sick, with extended paid leave
- Limiting group meetings, in number and in attendee size
- Increasing social distancing across facilities
- Increasing cleaning and handwashing
- Communicating and educating our teams on the latest recommendations every day
We’ve taken additional steps to combat the spread of illness and support our teams, including discontinuing business travel, postponing in-person tours and training sessions and extending our leave policies for employees. We are also working together with our dealers and business partners around the country to adjust logistics and delivery and enact continuity plans to minimize disruption.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Be safe and stay healthy,
CEO, Marvin – Parent Company of TruStile Doors
