Direct ordering for certain hardware and accessories now available through TruQuote®
TruStile Dealers now have access to our new “Hardware and Accessories” option in the main dropdown of TruQuote®. Order replacement components directly, without assistance from our customer service team, by selecting components from a dropdown, searching for keywords, or entering a part number directly.
We've also made it easier to identify required replacement hardware. Now all quotes and acknowledgements include hardware part numbers that can be referenced before ordering replacement parts.
Examples of components that are offered:
- Hinges/Hinge Screws/Hinge Tips
- Flush Bolts and Extension Rods
- Magnetic Catches/Ball Catches/Roller Latches
- Bifold Hardware
- Sills and Sill Components
- Drip Trims
- Sweeps, Gaskets, and Weatherstripping
- Glass Stop (stock length)
- Jamb Stop (stock length)
- Jamb Legs/Headers (not machined, stock lengths)

Please note that warranty replacement parts will still need to be processed through your TruStile Account Manager, but this new functionality will help streamline the quoting and fulfillment process for warranty related items.
