TruStile has made it easy to place online orders through our industry-leading software platform, TruQuote. Many dealers now place most of their orders through TruQuote, and we are pleased to announce the following significant improvements to our ordering functionality.

New Digital Sign Off Sheets Expand the Types of Products That Can Be Ordered Through TruQuote

Beginning today, the types of orders that can be placed by Dealers through TruQuote will be expanded to include the following product types:

  • Concealed Hinges and Hardware
  • Entry Systems
    • Reserve™
    • Resilient™
  • TMIR Slabs
  • LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) Wood Species
  • Leather Panels

These products previously required manual sign-off sheets and manual order placement through your TruStile Account Manager. Starting today, TruStile has enabled digital sign-off sheet functionality that will allow orders containing these product types to be placed online.

Your signed digital sign-off sheets will then automatically be included in your Acknowledgement document that is e-mailed to you after order placement

Simplified Order Audit and Order Exception Notifications

TruStile’s online ordering process has also been enhanced to automatically perform an order audit upon order placement, providing clear identification of any order exceptions that may need to be addressed before the order can proceed.

This will reduce errors by ensuring that an order audit is reviewed during the order placement process. It will also streamline the identification of any exceptions that need to be addressed before an order can be placed.
