9/12/2023 - Based on customer request, we have added the options in TruQuote to machine for all versions of the Emtek® Stretto Narrow Trim Locksets. This simplifies the process and no longer requires a template be submitted into the internal account management team for processing.
TruStile has made it easy to place online orders through our industry-leading software platform, TruQuote. Many dealers now place most of their orders through TruQuote, and we are pleased to announce the following significant improvements to our ordering functionality.
We have now expanded the finger joint poplar jamb material offering to all wall depth configurations from 3 - ½" all the way up to 6 - 7/8". This expanded offering now gives our customers a high-quality finger joint poplar jamb material option at a price advantage over solid poplar across these jamb widths.
Now you can send a question or comment regarding a new or existing quote directly in TruQuote instead of sending an email to orders@trustile.com. Once you submit your support ticket, it will automatically be added to your account manager’s work queue to make sure you receive timely assistance. You will also receive a detailed record of your request for improved audit tracking.
Required signoff sheets are now available directly on the TruQuote homepage. In addition, error messages which previously instructed users to contact their Account Manager for sign-off sheets will now link directly to the necessary form.
Today we’re excited to launch several new print options for both Door and Pricing Details in TruQuote. These printing options are designed to give you the flexibility to share the door details with the broader project teams that you interact with and tailor the detail level to your audience.
On Thursday, July 25th TruStile will be implementing another significant update to TruQuote that will mark an important first step towards automating the ordering of factory machined doors without the use of machining sheets.
